| A) First Consultation We will schedule an appointment to visit you. This is a free, no obligation visit to your home or business to find out what you have in mind, what are your needs, goals, time frame, budget etc. During this visit we will take some preliminary measurements of the areas you wish to remodel, as well as take photos that will help us in preparing our Presentation. B) Presentation After gathering all this information we will prepare a Presentation for you. In this Presentation we will discuss the Scope of Work and the estimated cost of the project. If you are satisfied with our presentation and you decide to move forward with the project we will sign an Agreement. From this point on we will start working together to generate a final design of the project, making selections of materials, fixtures, etc. C) Construction Agreement After all of the above described is completed we will generate our Construction Agreement. This document will include a detailed description of the final selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, accessories, final scope of work, etc. as well as the total price of the project and the time of completion. Signing this document will trigger the commencement of the actual work, obtaining the corresponding building permits, ordering of materials and the scheduling of the construction/remodeling project. All work will be done on time and within budget. |
