Our origins go back to 1987, when we first established ourselves in the South Bay, under a different name at the time, but with the same work ethics and enthusiasm that we carry today. Since then we have acquired a vast experience in all different phases of the construction process, experience that we now put into practice in all of our projects.

Ivan Stipicevic, founder of Ventura Builders was born in Santiago, Chile. In 1984, he and his wife came to North America making the United States their new home. Majoring in Business Administration, and with a background in Mechanical Engineering he became involved in construction when first arriving here in the U.S.

Construction and improvement projects are his true passion! It is what he really enjoys doing and through years of hard work he established his own company offering great service to all of his clients.

Married with three daughters, Ivan is a happy and proud husband and father. Fanatic about soccer, Ivan still plays in one the local leagues. If he is not out on the pitch, you can find him cooking something amazing in his kitchen, he is a great Chef aficionado.Ivan is always actively involved in his projects. He believes that his business cannot be conducted from an office only.
